Sour Cream and Chive Eggs

Try this! Make scrambled eggs, and just before they're set, throw in a handful of chives and a dollop of sour cream. Stir it up and finish cooking. It's insane. If you're feeling extra crafty, have some garlic beet leaves on the side.
