This is a great idea by Danielle of Sometimes Sweet. The goal is to avoid refined sugars and processed foods for a week. I think I almost did that coincidentally last week, with the exception of some insanely delicious lemon-blueberry muffins that Jonathan and I made with the lemons and blueberries from our box. I still have a couple left, so for me, this challenge officially begins after I run and eat those real quick. We'll see how it goes.
