Happy New Week! Last night, I used
this recipe for oatmeal cookies and subbed in chopped dried apple rings for the raisins and chocolate chips. They turned out crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and very tasty. Needless to say, breakfast this morning was very enjoyable. I highly recommend! I'm thinking maybe dried peaches or plums might be going into these cookies next. What would you sub in?
