I mean... I'm just speechless. We got fresh pistachios and goji berries in our box today. I had never even seen either of these in person before. The pistachios have a soft flesh around the shell that has to be peeled off before shelling. Isn't that cool? Our Out of the Box newsletter tells us they're only available in this form about 3 weeks out of the year. Those colors are just beautiful, aren't they? Pretty exciting stuff. I can't wait to plan our meals for the week!
